AWKWARD SILENCE

I like to be in silence between others.

Sometimes I think a moment of silence between two or more persons is better than thousand of non-sense words.

It happens a lot with me, sitting in a pub with friends, everybody talking about everything and me, sited still and quiet, just flying away with all the conversation themes, living the stories I heard but with no mood to talk or comment anything.

Sometimes, during a talking session, silence can give me the opportunity to study my partners non verbal cues has I convey and vice-versa, this gives me time to integrate our thoughts.

Sometimes there isn't just enough empathy to keep the talk flowing or sometimes there's so much empathy that I don't need to be babbling all the time.

But silence is not awkward, silence can be sexy, and if you know the person isn't talking by choice, not because they are so empty-headed they have nothing to say.

I don’t have anything more to say, just thinking in silence from now….
